Ambrata chiara dal profumo estremamente fruttato. Il sentore di agrumi e di frutta tropicale è supportato da un amaro delicato e da un leggero finale caramellato.

STILE: American Amber Ale

Malti: Pale, Monaco, Crystal
Luppoli: Columbus, Citra, Sorachi Ace, Centennial, BramlingX, Nelson Sauvin

Apa italian version. One of the most good beer in this style in Italy. Amber beer with a generous white foam textured fine. The perfect dry hopping gives an exceptional aroma, warm, floral, with a hint of herbs and wood. It’s very bitter with a reminder of the caramel. Balanced, clean and very drinkable.

Profumatissima IPA dal color caramello tenue. Aroma potente di frutta tropicale ed agrumi. Discreto equilibrio, tendenza amara. Carbonatazione un po’ spinta che interrompe la bevuta facile, corpo un po’ latitante.

I am not getting a real nose for this beer. Dark amber color, with a decently long lasting beige head. Carbonation seems medium high. A bit bitter. Malt comes through strong at back end. A bit caramel at back. The carbonation and bitter upfront seems to mask the taste. I do like this beer (though not as easy to distinguish the scents and tastes as others). I wish for a bit less carbonation. Price point is too high though, so will not be purchasing again.

Cloudy orange/brown color, average sized white head. Very fruity aroma, tropical fruits, peach. Taste is also very fruity, tropical, malty. Relatively complex, for the style standards. Nicely balanced bittersweetness with bitter finish. Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Very nice.
