Rossa brillante, dal temperamento insolito, alternativa e con una particolare avversione per gli schemi.
Il profumo speziato dato dal lievito belga è accompagnato da sentori fruttati di luppolo.

Draught at "Osteria della Birra" - Bergamo (BG).
Excelent and very elegant aspect. Red deep and fraught color. Crisp and fine bubbly aspect. Realy good and resistant reddish/white head. Complex aroma; little caramel rumors, scent of resin, burned wood, little ash, cellar and cask "atmosphere". Very, very bitter taste, dried and arid final. Pleasant malty and hop end. Great beer.
