33 cl. fles gedeeld. Gekocht tijdens Brassigaume 2012.

orange, hazy, ultra-fast fading foam ( speedy gonzales style ) tastes sweet hopped ( american style i supose) witch is nice, but it has the same weirdness, harsh-drinkingness to it as the dark metal on caol yla had to me.. thanx eugene for sharing

Bottle. Hazy orange brown with a white foam. Aromas are berries with nutty marzipan and oak barrel. Spicy with pink grapefruit and floral pine. Mellow oranges with earthy, leafy notes and hints of mint. Flavours are sweet, juicy and fruity with berries in particular. Spicy and peppery with pithy grapefruit bitterness. Pine with a dry finish. A nice, fruity IPA.

33cl bottle. Pours deep amber with a small white head. Hoppy aroma with tropical fruits, citrus and malt. Well balanced. Sweet and fruity with a dry and bitter finish. Alcohol is pretty well integrated. Nice and refreshing IIPA. (Thanks a lot, Cunningham - you know what I like!)

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2012 Bottle from Classic Deli aka Dodgy Deli’, Cowley Rd, Oxford Friday 3rd August 2012 consumed at home the same day. Slightly murky orangey butterscotch colour. Thick in the mouth with that typically Americn IPA flvour bit burny in the mouth, clearly the alcohol is noticeable but soft in the mouth. Decent beer but not worth almost twice the price of the others I’ve had from this brewery tonight. A7 A3 T8 P3 Ov15 3.6

Cloudy orange brown colour with an off white head. Moderate sweet fruity and light citric aroma. Flowery and citric flavour. And not the ususal rich muddy/murkiness that often follows DIPA beers. I was really suprised when I looked at the amount of alcohol. I quessed around 6%. Almost no alcohol taste. Wish i had bought more.

33 cl bottle thanks to Reza! Sampled on July 12, 2012
Cloudy brown with orange color, creamy tan head. Hoppy, fruity, sweet, apricots scent, some cheese. Hoppy, alcohol, bitter taste. Lingering bitter aftertaste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, initially very high sort of grape skin touch bitterness. A fair bit too bitter for this little guy. I did get more used to the bitterness after a while though.
