Bomber from Hi Time. Pours hazy gold with a 4 finger creamy/fizzy white head. A bit fizzy with something more like yeast/spice than anything else. Kind of earthy with a hint of sour. Certainly not what I expected, but it drinks very well. More like a saison. Anyway it is BATCH 007.

22oz bottle. Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Smelled very lemony and a little soapy?. Big bitterness initially with a slight acidity as well. Strange flavor for a pale ale, more like a Belgian pale ale, maybe a Belgian yeast strain. Interesting.
