3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a bubbly white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a smooth malt big hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. One of the most bitter bitters I’ve ever had. Lekker!

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle: Nose is cereal, slight caramel. Very light and fades quickly. Taste is slight toffee, light malt, good resin in the finish. Mouthfeel is slick.
Overall a good session beer, which is lifted above ordinary by the interesting resin in the finish.
