33cl bottle bought at De Schans, ABV 8%. Hazy amberbrown colour, off-white head. Aroma of glue, alcohol, caramel. Flavour is sour, bitter, glue, alcohol, yeast and some caramel. Finish is sour/bitter, like cacao bitter . Mouthfeel varies from syrupy in texture to watery in flavour. Not very refined.

Murky brown body with small, quickly dissolving off white head. Grainy, cherries, raisin and barnyard. Thin body. Uncomplex but some nice light sourness and a pleasantly low carbonation. Sweet but not bad. (33cl bottle)

Clear dark ruby color, mostly vanishing off-white head. Grassy, caramelly, a bit alcoholic and yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Malty, dark fruits, some vinegar and sourness. Very Dutch.

Sweet smell with some herbs.
Tastes of caramel, coffee, slight hint of cherries.
Aftertaste finds more cherries, yeast, is somewhat bitter, again with some herbs
