COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This New American Black Ale, our darkest signature beer, has the malt profile of a Schwartz Beer and the floral characteristics of an IPA. Saturated in hops, this intrepid style offers smooth dark toffee flavor without the roasted bitterness.

Röstiger Kaffeegeruch mit Zitrus unterlegt. Start malzröstig, gleichzeitig süßlich. Mitte schokoladig, malzig mit bitterem Zitruseinschlag. Abgang besänftigend schokoladig und moderat trocken-bitter. Ein gutes Bier.

TET (786) - FINLAND - MAY 12, 2012
A colabrown beer with a medium and beige head. Aroma is succesfull combination of fruits and dark roastiness, some liquirice, chocolate and wet pine woods. Taste is balanced, dark bready maltyness, citrusfruity bitterness that is at most medium, but that fitts nicely into this beer. Smooth, medium bodied and nice to drink. Balanced and easy enjoyable beer, bitterness isn’t too dominating, due to smooth maltyness that is dominant.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2012 Bottle. Darkest brown with a tan head. Lots of roasted character. There’s a clear hoppy vein but the coffee/chocolate malt flavour takes the lead. Nice floral arrangement. Nice bitterness to finish.

This is a dark beer. Aroma of nuts, toffee and sweet malts. Flavour differs from aroma a lot. It is bitter, roasted and has coffee in it.

750 ml bottle. Clear reddish brown body with a nice off-white head. Relatively moderate but nice aroma of roasted malt and caramel with some fruity hops. Flavor has roasted malt, caramel, bread, balanced bitterness and fruit. Fine body and bitter aftertaste. A malt driven black IPA, nothing extreme but well made.
