Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fresh fruity hoppy aroma with hints of caramel. Fruity malty caramel flavor with hoppy bitter hints. Has a dry malty hoppy bitter caramel finish.

Bottle. Pours a dark bruin black body with a roasty tan off white head. Aromatically roasty and hoppy. Dark malts, licorice, ink, toffee, and grass tone. Hints of pine and some paper tones. A piney hoppiness but feels a bit thin bodied and messy. Alright.

Botella. Hazy deep amber colour, off-white like head. Aroma nis sweet and hoppy fruity with dark malts and caramel. Good mouthfeel. Sweet fruity caramel hoppy piney dark malty flavour, bitter, quite pleasant.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear dark brown - offwhite head. Roasted, fruity, sharpness, light alcoholic, ok hoppy, nutty, light oakey notes, light floral, caramel, hard roasted, light bitterness..

Dark brown pour. Not much head. Aroma is sweet, like a barleywine and Black IPA had a baby. Flavor is sweet, medium hops, brown sugar, light citrus, brown sugar. Damn good. Thanks JW77.

Bottle. Pours dark brown qith a medium tan head. The aroma is floral hops, citrus, caramel and some hard roasted malt. The flavour is hard roasted malt, fruity hops and liquorice.

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange red coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of caramel, liquorice, dark chocolate, hops and pine needles with roasted notes. Fruity flavour of caramel, liquorice and pine needles. Hoppy finish.

29-MAR-2011, bottle @Papsø tasting. Brown or rather dark dark amber! Hoppy hoppy nose. Very very malty. I guess american strong ale, but I can see that I am off here. A bit flat. Very earthy sort of hops. Bitterness comes from the hops but perhaps also from the malts? I like this.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, malt, over ripe fruits, and alcohol, leading to a bitter and alcoholic finish.
