COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Winter Ion infuses the malt and spices found in a Belgian White Beer with the rich flavor of chocolate. Over three pounds of cocoa powder are boiled with coriander seed during brewing. Then, additional cocoa nibs and coriander seed are steeped in the beer while it ages.

Pours hazy amber into a snifter. White head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Coriander and cocoa aromas. Crisp with sweet wheat and cocoa from front to back.
