Poured a clear yellow color with aromas of light tart wheat, some lemon and light oak. Flavors follow suit not overly sour but the pain in my jaw is from the carbonation. Very champagne like solid and nice in the heat.

Moderated down Berliner Weiss, thanks Jason B. Drinkable, not that tart. The oak is significant though not overwhelming, not too tart. I would like more tart for the style.

750 ml bottle, bottle on 6/10/13. Pours hazy light yellow with a huge gushing fizzy white head that retains well and laces the glass a little.

The aroma is musty wheat malts with a little apple.

The flavor is sweet wheaty malts, green apple and a dry champagne finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation.

Overall, Just OK. Tart green apple and dry champagne.

Light yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some nice wheat and biscuit malt notes. The flavor is full of wheat and biscuit malt with some light, acidic lemon notes. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
