This beer pours a deep dark brown with a snow-white head. Aroma notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet milk hit the nose bringing up images of the delicious Mexican drink this beer is styled after. The beer hits the palate with vanilla, sweet chocolate malts, and a hint of cinnamon; all with a medium body and good balancing hop bitterness.

Elevation Señorita pours two fingers of light brown head. The head is dense and pillowy, but it drops off at a reasonably quick pace. The brew is pitch black. It is a sweet mixture of spices (cinnamon mostly), milky-sweet chocolate, lightly roasted coffee hints. The taste follows the smell pretty closely. A sweet, milk chocolate forward mixture of cinnamon spice, mildly roasted maltiness, and a touch of heat from the booze, the vanilla flavor is not overwhelming. This beer has a smooth feel with low carbonation levels.Overall this is an enjoyable porter. There is nothing mind-blowing here, but some good flavors nonetheless.

Nice aroma of sweetness, cinnamon and chocolate with similar flavors. Almost dessert-like. Really nice color with a medium plate. Very flavorful.

A very good sweet dessert porter. Pours a beautiful deep black with a thick tan head. Smells of cinnamon, chocolate, coffee and cream. Taste is very creamy and sweet, with cinnamon, spiced chai, and horchata in the finish. Had in the bottle.

Bottle courtesy of adnielsen. Pours dark brown/black with a thin tan head. Aroma is coffee, chocolate, vanilla, roasty. Flavor is mild cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, coffee and some dark fruits. A little thin in the mouth feel. Not bad.

Draught. Pours a very dark brown color with a smallish tan head on there. Nose is dominated by roasting. Taste has the obvious roasting, but the spice kicks in later, and has just a hint of cinnamon towards the end. Really interesting.

Beautiful. Stout like. Definitely a nice malty base. Slightly sweet. Hint of vanilla.

Beer #2 of 13 in blind tasting.
This was the first of two beers that did not belong in the tasting. That explains why my short notes included "double-brown?". Otherwise, I get a little bit of Hershey chocolate. I did not get anything related to Horchata or spices.
Despite not belong in the aggregate it fell right at average.

Blind imperial stout tasting -- this somehow snuck in. Sample 2 of 13. Pours dark brown, near black with khaki head that dissipates quick. Lactose, milk chocolate. Sweet, and strangely herbal ... wtf. Sweet milky imperial stout? More like an imperial porter. Tasty, but not what I expect from an imperial stout.

Draft. Clear dark brown. Minimal head. Light roast. Cinnamon. Cocoa. Flavor follows. Medium body. Doesn’t really inspire horchata to me, more like just a decent mildly spiced porter.

750. Thanks, J! Very cool surprise treat. Pours a murky ebony, near black. Dense and creamy dark tan head that sticks around for a while, but not forever. Big sweet nose, lots of cinnamon and milk chocolate, some soft sweet roasty bits. Creamy thickish body with soft carb. Roasty sweet mid palate, lots of milk chocolate and cinnamon. Long sweet finish.
