COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer pours a deep dark brown with a snow-white head. Aroma notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet milk hit the nose bringing up images of the delicious Mexican drink this beer is styled after. The beer hits the palate with vanilla, sweet chocolate malts, and a hint of cinnamon; all with a medium body and good balancing hop bitterness.

Winter 2012 bottle @ home via my rot box. Pours a fairly clear, brown appearance with a big, long-lasting brown head. Aroma has some milk chocolate, mild roast, green pepper, vanilla, and spice. Body is a bit thin. A little twangy flavor. Lightly spicy. Chocolate and vanilla. A little watery. This is certainly on the old side but it’s hard to think this was all that great fresh.

Bottle shared at Pruf’s in Seattle. Warm brown, small soapy tan foam. Warm fruity aroma. Spicy cinnamon, milk chocolate. Hot chocolate vibe for sure. Warm, but not to heavy body. Clean and very tasty.

Huge wood aromas with some vanilla to fill it out. Beautiful black with a light brown head. Smooth velvet roasted chocolate that flows to a delicate vanilla finish.

Bottle 4 Pack. Pours black with thin head. Aroma is Malt and Chocolate. Taste is sweet chocolate, malt and vanilla with a dark chocolate vanilla finish. I don’t notice the alcohol much in this. Pretty good.

dark chestnut brown some bubbly head. Aroma cinnamon, yogurt wood. Tastes slight sour lactose, a bit of spice from cinnamon. woody peanuts. sweetness is low-medium for this kind of beer - noticable bitter on finish. clear lightish body with milky mouthfeel seems odd. wish this was a little more cohesive..

Elevation Señorita pours two fingers of light brown head. The head is dense and pillowy, but it drops off at a reasonably quick pace. The brew is pitch black. It is a sweet mixture of spices (cinnamon mostly), milky-sweet chocolate, lightly roasted coffee hints. The taste follows the smell pretty closely. A sweet, milk chocolate forward mixture of cinnamon spice, mildly roasted maltiness, and a touch of heat from the booze, the vanilla flavor is not overwhelming. This beer has a smooth feel with low carbonation levels.Overall this is an enjoyable porter. There is nothing mind-blowing here, but some good flavors nonetheless.

Nice aroma of sweetness, cinnamon and chocolate with similar flavors. Almost dessert-like. Really nice color with a medium plate. Very flavorful.
