On tap at Elevator. Cloudy amber pour and the head is a thick meringue texture colored beige. Bourbony nose with a bit of caramel and tart berry. Malty flavor with caramel, booze, dark fruit and a red wine finish.

Dogbrick (4842) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 26, 2010
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2010 Sample at the North Market Columbus Microbrew fest on 09/26/2010: The beer is a slightly murky orange-brown color with a medium light beige head that diminishes to a film quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, booze and subtle wood. Medium body with flavors of sweet caramel malt, bourbon, sour fruit and oak. The finish is malty with a lingering mildly boozy aftertaste. Decent overall.
