Tap at mellow mushroom. Great thick hop nose. Dark golden pour and mild white froth head. Moderate bite and smooth balance. Really a good imperial ipa. ---Rated via my mouth

32 ounce growler picked up from Blacklick Wine and Spirits earlier today. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a clear orange/amber color with about an inch frothy off-white head that sticked around for a while. There’s also a good amount of lacing. Aroma is hoppy and fruity, it smells mostly like citrusy hops (tropical fruit, mango, oranges), along with a bit or bready malt/grain. To me it seems more like a general bready aroma than a wheat one. However, the wheat is a lot more noticeable in the taste. The brew tastes like citrusy hops, wheat, and some light flowery hops and spice. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it’s a bit slick and creamy, with a good amount of carbonation. Definitely worth a try, I liked it!

on tap-pours a white head with heavy lacing and gold color. Aroma is perfumy/mandarine orange, some light/medium malt. Taste is perfumy/peach/orange rind/spice hops with some bite, secondary light/medium malt.

A hoppy Imperial IPA-like aroma. Golden in color with white head. Hop-dominated, light bodied...really hoppy.

On draught at Gallo’s. The beer is a hazy orange-amber color with a thin off-white head. Short strings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is tropical fruits with notes of sweet malt and hops. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, citrusy hops, wheat and yeast. The finish is fruity with a sweet malt aftertaste. Falls somewhere in the realm of a Wheat Wine or Barley Wine. Above average overall.
