Elevator Dunkel Weisbock

Clear brown color with a small head. Aroma and flavor of grainy and caramel malts.

On tap at the brewpub - Pours dark brown with a short offwhite head. Aromas of caramel, bannana, clove, and light spice. Flavors of caramel, slight chocolate, bannana, clove and spice. Full bodied with good carbonation and a soft mouthfeel. This was a pretty tasty brew and one of the better I’ve had at the Elevator!

Pours ruby/ dark brown with a small white head. Faint malty spiced aroma. Taste is cloves and other spices. Very weak in comparison to the Aventinus I had the day before. Similar taste, just far less of it.
