On tap at Elevator Brewing Co, Columbus OH, March 2010. No ABV stated. Pale gold. A bit corny. Not much hop. Clean enough. OK as these things go but nothing to get too excited about.

Draft at brewpub. Poured clear amber color with an average fizzy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malt and small hop aroma. Light to medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. Drinkable beer.

Sample at the 1st annual Columbus Beerfest on 05/28/10: Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin and fizzy white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing. The aroma is grassy hops and grain. Light body with flavors of grainy malt and mildly bitter hops. The finish is lightly hopped with a sweet grain aftertaste. Inoffensive, forgettable Lager overall.

Had on tap at Elevator. You know, I liked this. Could EASILY drink this during a hot summer’s day. Tasted just like a light beer should. Grassy, thing, and drinkable. Is it outstanding? No, but its exactly what it says it is. I enjoyed this one much more than I expected.

Objectively speaking: On draught at the brewpub, mid-Sept 08. Precisely what it’s called.
I like: Clean, grainy palate that can’t escape blandness. Very light indeed and probably exactly what they aimed at. That,s what happens when you go for a sampler tray, but I must say after those 12 more than decent-sized samplers, I was beginning to feel light-headed. Very pale and clear.
I dislike: Surprisingly fruity for a lager, but with the little taste that there is, it’s almost a welcome addition.
