1.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Sampled at DLD. Thanks to whoever was passing this around. glad I got to try it. Damn it was hot, ruined my palate for a couple minutes. Only had the smallest sip. Surely no one would buy this and drink it. Might be good to add a few drop to tequila shots or something

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of malt sweetness, chili pepper and light berry. Light fruit flavor giving way to intense heat with some light malt in the finish. Not the nightmare it was made out to be, but still pretty damn hot. Wouldn’t want more than a sip or two.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
I finally opened the 12 ounce bottle that’s been staring me down for months now. Shortly after I pry the cap off, it starts overflowing and I think, hmmmm...might I have an infected pepper beer? Upon first smell, that was confirmed by a slightly fruity, tart, spicy pepper note. After the smell, I get brave and think that this isn’t going to be so bad...wrong. That tartness is barely noticeable over the ass kicking heat that ensues. It starts with a pleasant, fruity almost red or yellow bell pepper presence but that’s only temporary. This beer quickly turns up the heat making me cough and keeps going for several minutes afterward. It’s about 15 minutes after my only sip of this beer and my lips are still tingling. I’m usually the type of person that can handle my peppers, but dammit if this beer just isn’t over the top spicy. I opened the beer to sample and then to cook with the rest. My sampling is done, and now about 1/8 cup is going to be used and the rest dumped because it’s just too spicy to enjoy. If there was such a thing as a 2 ounce bottle, that is what this should have been bottled in.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle courtesy of Doodler (thanks Scott) poured a clear golden amber with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of tortillas, chilies and heat (kinda singed my nose hairs). Palate was light bodied and smooth with a fiery finish. Flavors of tortillas, chilies and liquid fire with a smooth lingeing fiery finish. Much better beer than Ghost Face Killah!

12oz bottle in a sampler. Pours amber with a dissipating head. Aroma of peppers, some caramel malts, and light bitterness. Flavor the same with a good amount of peppers. Average texture. Spicy. Y’all weak.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
This is truly a sipping beer, at least for me. The heat is a little overwhelming if you drink too much too fast.

2.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange and frothy off white head. The aroma is chilis and pepper. Thick mouthfeel with strong burn of chili peppers. Wrecked my palate and couldnt taste anything for half an hour. Why?

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Sampled at DLD 2013. It poured a cloudy orange/amber color with almost no head. The aroma was of chili peppers and not much else. The taste was of liquid peppers with just too much heat. Not for me.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 oz bottle shared with buds. I drank 9 oz of it. So this is what passes for the world’s hottest beer? Crap - just call me stupid for trading for this wimpy lager. Will use the rest of my bottles for chili base and marinate, as it is a dumb gimmick of a beer. Billy Chilis is twice a flavorful and at least as hot. Seems like someone forgot to add any actuals peppers to the final product. Poured a piss amber color with no head. Aroma is worthless, just some alcohol and pepper heat. No flavor, just a spicy, thin lager. Go get some Ghost Face Killah if you want a decently spicy brew. Fail.

honestly excited to try this- even with the heartburn i deal with everyday, i kind of like chilli beers, and with ghost face killa, i thought this wouldn’t be a problem .. . pours a deep gold .. good foam .. . warmth, heat, fire, oven cleaner, 400 degree frying pan, and chilli skin flavours .. . burns quite a bit, doesn’t burn further than the throat but a novelty at best, but like the experiment .. . . and he bulges the ole onion bag!!!!!!
