Sample at the Elevator. Very sweet smell. Light head, no lacing. Pale gold, cloudy. VERY sweet. Could taste the bananas right away. I agree with the rater who said it taste like a banana popsickle!! Hint of lemon in this as well. I actually liked this one a lot. It was my favorite of the samples tried. Sweeter then any beer I have had to date.

Sample at the brewpub - Poured cloudy golden with a short head. Aromas of bannana and light clove with a touch of bubble gum. Flavor is bannana, light clove, a touch of bubblegum and some dough. Palate is light and airy. Not a fantastic hefe, but a pretty quaffable average one.

Draft. Yellow and strikingly clear for a hefeweizen - must be filtered. Has a nice white head that lasted well. Aroma is mild, but slightly fruity with definite citrus and bready notes. Flavor is citrusy and tart. Light body and good carbonation. Would be a nice summer refresher - instead, I had it on a snowy March night.

Served with a lemon. Pours a murky dark yellow with a thin white head. Light effervescence. Aroma is mostly fruity and very lightly hopped. Light bodied with a tangy fruit flavor, and very carbonated. Finish is sticky sweet. This could be better.
