Aug 21, 2007 On draught at the brewpub. This beer is a lightly hazed yellow-gold color with a medium thin and fizzy head that dissipates steadily. Rings of lacing. Aroma of citrus and spicy hops. Medium-bodied with a hoppy (Saaz) character, along with spice and fruit flavors. The finish is long and bitter with a lingering hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Aug 17, 2007 08/05/07 Draft sample at brewpub just as the tab blew. Poured hazy pale color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Moderate hoppy citruas aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation. Medium bitter citrus flavor with a medium citrus finish of moderate duration. More of a Classic German Pilsner.

Jul 31, 2007 Golden color with a small white head. Aroma of mild hops. Flavor is crisp and very hoppy with a long bitter finish.
