Pours a golden color with a carbonated fizzy white head. Has a honey undertone taste with high drinkability. I enjoyed this one for the style.

Draft sample at Elevator under the name American Wheat. Poured clear yellow color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate sweet wheat citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

On tap at Gallo’s. Clear gold pour with a thin white head. Nose is tropical fruit, malt and yeast. Wheaty flavor with some tropical fruit and a dry finish. Not getting much honey at all.

On draught at Gallo’s Tap Room. The brew is a clear dark golden color with a thin off-white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of mild hops and tropical fruit. Light, clean body with flavors of wheat, lightly spiced hops and sweet fruit. Honey taste is negligible but honestly not really missed. The finish is fruity with a short wheaty-hoppy finish. Decent overall.
