Bottle. Amber beer with a light head. The aroma is lightly toffee and hopped, and the flavour is gently toffee with some hopped bitterness. Overall a very reasonable bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Nice solid bitter, easy drinking with a refreshing finish. Bit of bite to it but not too bitter.

Bottled, 500ml from The Co-Op, Banbury. Brownish to amber with off white head. This proved to be a simple bitter, although with a touch of metallic, tinny notes. English hop notes, earthy, leafy with a thinnish malt body. Never really sure that a quaffing bitter really works in a bottle but drinkable.

Bottle, Christmas present from Lalitha. Copper coloured ale. Slightly minerally whiff. Solid enough malts, lightly bitter and slightly sweet and fruity. A nice but unremarkable session bitter.

Enjoyable. Raisins and butterscotch in the taste. Interesting how in the sip first nothing happens and then a little explosion. Bottle.

(Bottle) Clear chestnut with loose thin off white head. Aroma is toffee with some seaweed vegetable notes. Medium body and fizzy. Flavour is nice balance between sweet malt with some tangy notes and I nice bitterness that develops into a good crisp finish. A nice bitter.
