hazy dark gold. a little young with some butterscotch caramelisation, quite sharp slightly acetic tartness with the beginnings of interesting bret development, earthy, dry, cellars. full bodied and moderate carbonation...a jonge lambic style, quite tasty and fab that a traditional brewer has tried this.
