Bottle, shared by fonefan. It pours a slightly hazy golden-orange body with a small off-white head. Fruity and malty nose, quite citrusy, with a cellarish note. Fruity, citrusy flavor with a roasted touch and a hint of cellar. Medium body. Citrusy, bitter finish with some chalky notes. Pleasant bitterness that lasts. A quite decent, quaffable and quenching golden ale. (080822)

Bottled. Orange amber with slight mist and some lace. Bready malt nuttiness in the aroma, piney hop and some candyish sweetness. Earthy hop fruitiness hinting at apple, buttery malt, yeast, lemony hops, grain, some unpleasant alcohol/soapy bitterness. Whiskeyish afters not doing it for me. Faint conifer and buttery sweetness. OK.

Bottle. Deep gold with a large fluffy head. Aromas are biscuit malts with citrus and light pine. Fresh and zesty. Flavours are zesty lemon with dry biscuit. Lots of grapefruit - sweet and not too bitter. Buttery and soft but tasty. Slightly too aggressive in its carbonation.
