Cask conditioned at Market Porter. clear gold lasting thin white head. Ok beer. Bit too much toffee for my liking. Some hops on finish. Tastes a bit boiled. Ok-ish

Cask conditioned handpump Wig & Pen Northampton. A golden beer with a white head. A really yeasty beer which is quite poor. Burnt rubber notes. Body is decent but the flavours really are shocking. Almost a drainpour.

Cask at The Doric Arch, London. Pours clear gold with a soft, white head. Sweet, doughy aroma. Medium sweet flavor, bready malt, sugar, faint toast, faint caramel, faint food and booze. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet, lightly sugary-sticky finish, light alcohol warmth, sweet dough, mild woody bitterness. Standard stuff.
