Bottled. A golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of elderflowers, hops, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and elderflowers, leading to a dry spicy finish.

50 cL clear bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted and light herbal hoppy. Bitter and light toasted malty. Bitter and grassy finish.

Skunky floral hops, some fruity sweetness and banana in aroma.
Dry zesty bitter hops, banana and some malt in flavour.
Bitter aftertaste.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Clear orange amber. Perhaps ginger. Very pale. A hoppy little beer. Nothing too excessive, but a noticeable hop aroma and flavour which leaves a little burn on my lower lip. Pleasant supporting malt - sweetish, caramel, rounded, biscuity. Perhaps too clean, and certainly too crisply carbonated for my taste, but an attractive and very drinkable beer. No signs of any pasteurisation.
