COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Eli has a little head that holds slightly, with its slender threads of lace, its great golden color, limpid and clear. The thinness of his body and delicacy of her perfume makes you want to know what it is in the mouth, while he tends his own. Its freshness and attractive experience, which ends on a gentle bitterness, envy gives a commitment to longer term.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color lager with a medium foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet malt is quite simple and with limited characteristics. Taste is also quite simple with lightly sweet malt and no notes of hops or floral notes that could have improve the flavour profile. I ma probably not the target market but this could have been better.

Bottle (white) 330ml. January 29th, 2012 Really bad brew. Insipid blond beer with a very bad malty taste that stayed much too long in mouth. Rating #41

Bouteille 355ml.

Eructoblaster (2122) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 11, 2010
Bottle - 341ml. Limpid blond body with average carbonation and a thin, fading, white foamy head. Fair malty/hoppy aroma with flowery hints. Horrible watery taste that carries metallic and rotten herbs notes. Finish is non-existent. Truly a failure.

rodenbach99 (1915) - Longueuil, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 22, 2010
From a clear bottle. Golden clear beer with a thin white head. Firts nose of brown sugar...in a pale lager...caramel afterward. Sweet taste, no hops, round, somewhat discusting aftertaste. This is not a good lager, it’s hard to brew lager, this one is not dry enough, bad mash temperature, and maybe the fermentation temperature was too high.

Diogène (1001) - Mirabel, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 21, 2010
Bottle. Clear golden with a thin white bubbly head with below average retention and no lacing. Aroma is pale malt, sugar notes, minimal herbal notes. Flavor is pale malt and slightly cooked sugar with very minimal herbal notes. Nothing wrong, but very simplistic.
