Cask at Cloisters. Black with well held brown head. Smokey aroma, engine smoke and chocolate. Taste is nice balanced smoke, chocolate and fruits. The palate excels, nice body and a wonderful chili prickle, stays in the mouth and catches the back of the throught. Top gear.

cask at cloisters launch night ...dark black ... nice thin tan head ...soft chocolate roast ... lightest chilli tones ... berry fruits ... soft chcolatge ... again some bru and a light chilli burn .. nice
