Huge amount of haze (chill haze?) make this beer, well, not a real looker. Light cookie and clover aroma that doesn’t exude much. Very dry flavor with a prominent hop bite. Flavors/aromas from the hops are restricted to a candy-like apricot jam riff. Some notes from the yeast--some funky, farmy yeast flavors in the background, intended or not.

Very soft nose with lite hop and malt notes. Bready and dry on the palate. Clean finish.

Growler. Decent citrus hop aroma backed by malt. Reddish amber color with a beige head that might lace. Medium bodied. Moderate carbonation. Spicey hop flavor, but the malt doesn’t show up immediately. Rich malt when it does. Seems a bit rough, but that might be the hop. The finish is arguably balanced, fairly dry, and has a citrus/fruit flavor tagging along.
