On tap at Rackhouse poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, citrus and earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, earthiness and light citrus with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

Tap. Pours clear and sparkling gold with a medium, fizzy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is corn, cereal and straw malt with spicy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with medium hops and bitterness with a sweet finish. Light body, no warmth and medium carbonation.

Pour was slightly hazy straw yellow into pilsner flute on tap at the brewery with a fairly nice white head. Aroma brought notes of straw and hay, some slight cracker and bready notes, hints of spice from the yeast. Taste is a fairly nice mix of yeast and grass, some sweet cracker finishing with a slight bitterness. Not too bad!
