Pour on tap at the brewery, dark brownish black with thin slightly tan head, aroma is sweet vanilla, sour oak, touch of chocolate and roasted malt. Taste is sweet vanilla and slight bourbon notes, some slightly sour oak, hints of dark chocolate, touch of roast, finishing fairly sweet.
