Pours hazy yellow with white head, aroma has notes of some slight bubblegum, biscuit, hints of banana, clove in there as well, slight fruity ester notes in there as well. Taste is a bit on the sweet side, lots of bubblegum, fruit and banana notes, touch of biscuit and spice notes, finishing fairly sweet.

Tasting at Brewers Rendezvous. Pours a white, short lived head, over a cloudy yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is banana, bubblegum....taste is banana, bubblegum, light citrus (tending toward lemon) clove....mouth feel medium, carbonation medium. A pleasant, fairly typical Hefeweizen which is easy to drink. BJCP 7/3/13/4/7

Tap at the brewery - very clear and fizzy for a hefe - banana and clove nose - flavor is extremely sweet for the style - some clove, banana and light plastic phenols - a bit of dusty yeast as if dries out just a little in the finish - lemon zest - meh - the sweetness pretty much dominates - I prefer drier hefes - flawed.

UPDATED: JAN 21, 2011 Tap at brewery. Golden light yellow orange, hazy appearance with a white head. Wheat malts and yeast in the nose. Some lemon and yeasty German wheat. A little light and almost more like an American Hefeweizen. Tastes a little like mash and like a home brew.
