Amber bodied with a strong caramel and sweet honeyed malt nose. The flavor was a bit unbalanced towards the caramel sweetness. Hops seemed pretty muted. Viscousness gives the impression of a strong amber, but consequently, the body also lacks liveliness.

draft at the brewpub. hazy medium brownish amber with a medium tan head. sweet caramel and brown brwad nose. creamy medium body, soft carb. caramel, brown bread, and graham cracker mid palate. long sweet finish.
