COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Head Brewer’s Reserve April 2010 Brewed using the relatively new Barley “Tipple” plus a touch of Crystal Malt, this full gold premium bitter is long on hop flavour from generous quantities of 5 different American Hops.

Hand pulled at the Black Bear, Gornal. Golden. Thick head. Oily hop smell. Light mouthfeel. Certainly hoppy, but with a burnt quality, like sugar frazzled on the bottom of an empty saucepan. Good session golden. Some lemon barley.
