Cask conditioned gravity dispense Northants BF. A golden coloured beer with a sweet honeyish aroma with some added citrus. The taste is similar but the hops are more apparent. There’s a bit of sticky spiciness too.

Cask (Gallows Bird, Espoo, Real Ale Festival 2009)
Day 2: Sweet fruity and caramelly or toffee aroma. Fresh palate. Decent bittering and aromatic hops. Some graininess in the body too. Very easy quaffer. Easily drinkable. Hops build up over time, leaving a nice bitter finish. Good one.
