COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - March 2007. Head Brewer's Reserve Series 2007.
Created with St Patrick's Day in mind, this month's Head Brewer's Reserve is made with six different malts and four different hops. It is black in coour and has an aroma of roast coffee with background fruit. It tastes of bittersweet chocolate, balanced with fruitiness derived from the generous hop addition, and a long lingering bitter aftertaste, finishing with delicate sweet flavours. Enjoy the craic!

Cask@The Evening Star, Brighton. Quite roasty and bitter, while having quite a light body. Some dark chocolate bitterness lurks around abit aswell. Good length of flavour for having such a light body.
