Cask, Seasonal, April;
"Brewed to celebrate Elland - the home of the Elland Brewery. It is a Traditional English Ale, pale amber i ncolour with a fruity and malt taste and a dry hoppy finish.

Cask gravity at The Swan Inn, Wittersham, Kent. Copper colour, malt is a little syrupy, decent condition. Green apple on aroma. Bit chewy. Hops on end are pretty good with a nice hoppy bite. Bit too much green apple.

@ Market Porter, zona London Bridge, Londra, una buona bitter con cui ho accompagnato il pranzo in solitaria, un chicken burger davvero gradevole dopo la visita al Tate Modern.

Cask conditioned at The Grove, Leeds. Amber with white head. Good dry malty bitter, biscuity, lasting on the palate and a late dry tangy flavour. Pretty decent.
