Cask @ Moon Under Water, Manchester. Deep gold with a small creamy head. Has a small metallic sugary nose with a sugary malt medium-bitterness. Fairly light textured.

On cask at Cloisters. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of biscuity malt, treacle, caramel, grassy hops and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Quite bitter with lingering pine, yeast and alcohol again.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2012 Cask; deep amber, thin head; bitter, dry, some hops; tastes similar to the Milton Pegasus I tasted moments before; perhaps a slightly oilier, fuller mouthfeel and a touch fruitier; it too is a solid if unspectacular bitter
