COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; September 2006 monthly special.
Made with Pale and wheat Malts, and Cascade, Centennial and Brewers Gold Hops, this month's Head Brewer's Reserve is very pale gold in colour. It has a fruity, hoppy aroma, a medium bitter taste, with underlying maltiness and a long, mouthfilling, hoppy bitter aftertaste.

Cask Stillage from the cellar at the Crescent, Salford 01/09/2006 Citrus hop aroma. Clear golden coloured slightly sweet on the palate with citrus fruit flavour. Bitter and dry lasting finish.
