UPDATED: MAY 21, 2010 1. Cask Handpump at the Station Buffet, Stalybridge 13/03/2010 Creamy head. Roast aroma. Black and hoppy with some alcohol present. Fruity with a dry and very bitter roast finish. 2. Cask Stillage at the Community Centre, Frodsham 10/04/2010 Fruit and some roast aromas. Dark coloured smooth and slightly rich on the palate with a hint of bitterness in a very dry roast finish.
