(Cask at Edgar Wallace, Strand, London, 3 Aug 2010) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of dried fruit, apricots and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, orange and a solid malt sweetness, leading to a bitter finish with generous doses of earthy, citrussy hops. More than medium body, fairly sweet. Very tasty and nice.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 princesslala (131) - DENMARK - AUG 13, 2010
If Earl Grey tea was a beer, this would be it! I know it says it is an American pale ale, but this beer tastes distinctly British. It poured a clear, golden amber color. The prevalent flavor and aroma were of tea, and it had a smooth, light palate. I quite enjoyed it. Keep on truckin’!

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 greenmanalishi (424) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 25, 2009
Pours dark gold, with a distinct aroma that I couldn’t quite pinpoint (honey/treacle/malty caramel)...it was something like that old cereal Golden Grahames (what did they use in that!?). Breadish, banana flavour. Not sure about the condition(?).
