COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional.
A rich Full Bodied Stout brewed with Roast Barley, Black Malt and Oats, blended with three English and one American Hop varieties to give a crisp fruity slightly spiced flavour.

1. Cask Stillage from the Cellar at the Albion, Warrington 30/12/2009 Big roast aroma. Dark coloured and a little rich on the palate with some alcohol present. Crisp slightly dry and bitter malt finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Helter Skelter, Frodsham 09/01/2010 Fruit and roast aromas. Small beige head. Dark coloured and a little rich on the palate with a fruity bubble gum flavour. Crisp bitter and slightly dry burnt roast finish.
