COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - February 2011.
This ruby red ale is a true “Winter Warmer”. Brewed with a pioneering blend of British and New Zealand hops, the beer has a rich seasonal berry fruit flavour and aroma – Cheers!!

6- Simple sweet malty aroma, but you have to fight for it.
4 Rich red, tiny loose head.
7 Much fuller taste thatn the aroma indicates. Earthy and bitter hops, a little woody, but a good malty body backing that up too.
4 Full but refreshing palate, carbonation low. Finish husky and nutty and maybe a hint of wooliness.
13 Solid bitter, after an inauspicious start.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Burnt oaty taste. Some honey, some charcoal. Quite nice.
