COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Beat the “Credit Crunch” blues with this brand new 3.5% bitter it is an amber coloured bitter with considerably more flavour than its strength suggests. Well hopped and very tasty. This is available for a limited time and at a very special price. Brewed only in March

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090121]

Cask at The New Oxford, Manchester. A pale golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and citrus, as well as a light touch of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and citrus as well as lighter notes of straw, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light.

Cask in the Market Porter. Alround rating: Pale and lightly caramel malts, floral and lightly citrusy hop bit of lemon and orange in there, decent finish. Good drinkable stuff.

Cask @ The New Oxford, Salford, Manchester M3. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints and some hints of citrus. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.
