COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Seasonal - August.
Four Malts and three hops make this a complex strong ale whose name celebrates the Winstanley Levellers of the English Civil War.

Cask Stillage at the E & S Brewery, Elland 12/08/2006 Fruit and malt aromas. Mid to dark brown coloured and strong in alcohol. Crisp on the palate with some bitterness in a warming malt finish.

Cask, Burton Summer Fest 08. Dark brown with minimal head. Aromas are weetabix and chocolate malts with earthy notes. Sweet berry fruit. Flavours are smooth milk chocolate with sweet weetabix. Earthy with citrus, quite hoppy. Peppery and prickly towards the finish with grapefruit bitterness. Good.
