Bottle. Cloudy amber with a good coat of white head. Aroma is doughy and fruity with plums, pears, mandarins, honey, dark sugars and spices. Quite light-bodied, medium carbonation. Fruity sweetness, light dough, distinct bitterness with citrus peel and spices (coriander, aniseed, white pepper). Dryish finish. A cheerful and well-balanced beer.

Great looking amber beer with a great foam head. The beer is cloudy and has low co2 saturation. The taste is malty and herbs with a balanced hoppy flavour after taste. ---Rated By the Belleketels

Countbeer (2860) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - APR 3, 2013
Bottle: Medium sized airy and quickly changing creamy white foamy head on top of a hazy amber cored beer. Aroma has lots of honey, some malts, flowers, hint of caramel and some spices. Flavours of honey, sweets, dirty malty bitters, malts, some liquorice wood and soda pop tones, spices and caramelised honey/woody liquor. Aftertaste is honey, wood, malts, spices, dirty bitters and warmth. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture. What an unbalanced mess, long time I didn’t get a drainpour, only gushers, but now it is the otherway around. A mess and unfortunately I am not becoming anything like a fan of the beers from Ellezelloise, unfortunately. A lovely label, but that’s about it.

Brown with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly bread like with a hint of sour fruitiness. Flavor is a touch on the funky side. Some caramel malt with a vague hint of funk in the finish. A bit thin in body, but not bad. Wife: 3.4

Pours quite carbonated orange amber with sml-med head. Smells orange/mandarin barley/grassy floral green fruit. Tastes pretty hoppy, some citrus/grapefruit, malt and hints of aniseed. Very nice amber ale

Wysokie ciśnienie, więc trzeba uważać przy zdejmowaniu krachli. Piwo bogate w aromaty słodowe i karmelowe. Bursztynowy kolor. Piana wielka jak ocean i niemiłosiernie zbita i trwała. Świetnie pijalne piwo. polecam
