3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a cloudy amber into a Trappist glass. Offwhite head quickly subsides to create an oily surface fuzz. Date and plum aromas. Oily and tickling with upfront sour pit fruit and a lasting caramel finish.

Bottle, 33 cl. Taste this beer again after months. Amber color, white head. Aroma nice hoppy and malty. Flavour little fruitness and bit sweetness. Medium body. Good brew, but i like the blonde more.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Nice amber coloured, light carbonation and a large white head. Rather strange grainy and fruity aroma hints of roasted malts. Full fruity palate. Finish is bitter fruity with a hint of alcohol. A rather atypic beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours an ugly, cloudy, brown-amber with lots of yeast sediment even from a gently pour. No head to speak of, just a thin ring and a smattering of bubbles on the surface. No lacing. Tart and fruity aroma with a hint of dry white wine.
Sweet tasting yet tart at the same time. Caramel malt with a sweet licorice (like a mild version of Good & Plenty candy). Tart tangy fruit like an apple wine. A little herbal hop flavor but no real bitterness in the finish. Almost medium body, good carbonation.

It says Amber on my bottle. Cloudy amber color. Smell of raisins, malt, hops, prunes, nuts, apricots and brown sugar. Taste of hops, sugar, molasses, prunes, yeast, gas, hints of citrus and nuts. Dry bitterness at the end. Nice Belgian ale.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Fairly decent body. Lots of flavors: fruits and spices and a little yeast. Dangerously easy to drink despite the alcohol content.
