Shared a 33cl bottle from Cora (Luxembourg). Pours a orange amber colour with a nice white head. Aroma is wheat, spicy and fruity. Medium carbonation and medium body. The flavour is a well balanced trip between bitter and sweet with a hoppy and dry finish. Overall, a very nice beer.

Deu (681) - Nantes, FRANCE - OCT 23, 2013
Bottle. Amber colour with an average slightly orange head that leaves a good blanket of lace. The nose seems fairly wheaty to me. Light/medium body, medium carbonation A little subdued all around on the nose. Bitter hoppy finish. Y

Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with caramel, toffee, forest fruits and bitter oranges. Not the best one...

330 ml bottle from Premier Wine and Spirits. Pours a murky caramel colour with moderate-sized off-white head. Aroma is a mix of dark and light skinned fruits with caramel, wheat and spice. Flavour is banana, apple, raisin, caramel, bread and a modest spiciness. Fine carbonation. Drying finish. Impressive.

77ships (3800) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 1, 2013
UPDATED: OCT 2, 2013 33 cl. swing-top bottle @ home. Procured from Carrefour. BBF 07/2015. This bottle costs more than a bottle of Rochefort 10 at the supermarket where I picked it up, feels wrong somehow. Maybe swing-top bottles are more expensive? Very hazy, slightly murky orange peel amber, small creamy white head, more lacing than head. Nose is nicely hoppy, floral, zesty, raw hay, slight caramel, orange peel, spicy floral yeast, rustic, farm qualities with some grapefruit, very nice. Taste is bitter floral, rustic, barnyard, thick BE yeast, orange peel, bitter spices, touch caramel, slight candy sugar, zest, lemon peel, grapefruit lingering bitter grass finish,.. Creamy caramel malts, very dry & nice carb. Feels quite saison-like to me. Mmm excellent brew, great stuff here. ////// Shared some of the bottle & the feedback was equally positive so it wasn’t only me.

In bottle; Budapest ... this beer was OK .. first couple sips were not good though as it warmed it changed to a taste of caramel and apple. Overall, OK but better amber Belgium beer available .. probably would not buy again

hotstuff (4092) - Indiana, USA - SEP 10, 2013
Rated on 4-01-2009 (Flip top bottle) When poured, this beer has a large ivory fizzy head with a short retention, visible carbonation, spotty amounts of lacing, cloudy brown with gold tint body. The Aroma has a hint of caramel, mildly malty, citrus and fruity. The Taste is malty, lightly hoppy, fruity, and the ABV comes into play. The Palate is smooth and this is a light bodied beer. All-in-all, this beer is quaffable, the ABV is at the forefront of the taste and provides a warming sensation as the beer warms up. I would consider drinking this beer again.
