bottle, pours gold with a frothy white head. Aromas of sour apple and yeast dominate. Light grass/hay flavors mix with a granny smith apple sourness. There is a suprising light hop bitterness in the finish, but it is very fresh and peaks at the palate in a nice way. Begs to be sipped again.
