UPDATED: JUN 10, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Pilsener-golden, slightly hazy (with a visble sediment at the bottom), thick "shaving foam- like" head, which never disappears completely. Brewed on 40% wheat-malt which I can’t really taste. Quite sharp bitterness, lovely fruity freshness. Resembles a Tripel. 121003

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 oh6gdx (16047) - Vasa, FINLAND - FEB 10, 2006
Bottled (5,9%). Hazy yellow colour, big white bubblyish foamy head. Aroma of sour apples and yeast along with hints of spices. Very tempting aroma. Flavour is yeast and spices, and quite dissappointing when compared to the promising aroma. Sour apples can also be found in flavour. Aftertaste is mainly yeast. Really a witbier?
3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 omhper (15964) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUL 13, 2007
Bottled at Belgobaren, Stockholm (5.9%). Cloudy golden, rich creamy head. Though I’m told this witbier contains no spices at all I definitely seem to sense a striking amount of coriander up front. It’s sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Despite it’s relatively big size it remains very drinkable with it’s soft edges, rustic funcy citric spices and evident wheat malt character. Some notes of estery winegum. Low bitterness.
