LilBeerDoctor (442), East Setauket, New York, USA Jul 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy dirty yellow with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, bread, light fruit and spices. Flavor of a spicy/wheat bite, some pear, apple, apricot, and light sourness and tartness. Interesting witbier as the spices were more subdued than in most witbiers and more focused on the yeast/bready components. Very delectable. cluny6 (61), Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England Jul 22, 2008 Good wheat beer. Pours a cloudy light amber. Yeasty, fruity, citric taste.
