Very malty, almost too much so. Did not get any hop flavor in this beer’s profile whatsoever.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with grainy hints. Has a sweetish fruity malty caramel finish.

growler-pours a couple of bubbles and amber/copper color. Aroma is medium malt-caramel, medium fruit-orange, herbal. Taste is medium malt-caramel, medium fruit-orange/plum, honey, secondary herbal hops, yeasty. Medium body, almost syrupy. Minimum/no carbonation. Thanks to Ryan, glad he found his way back to Ellicott Mills!

Clear amber appearance with a small head. Reserved nose. A very nice sweet malt taste with a fruity favor. Finished with a hint of toffee.

A sweet malty boch, pleasant and gentle on the tongue. Slightly light in color and body for the style, but definately boch in taste. A nice brew.

Lacking a bit in aroma, this one has some very nice malt characteristics. It starts out with restrained melon fruit (which works better in a bock than you would imagine), but the malt becomes more characteristically caramel as it warms. Good bock, I should say.
